I am a MSW student and work both as a crisis intervention specialist and support person in residential with individuals that are living with severe mental illnesses. Everyday I go to work and give my all to assist others in finding their worthiness and it feels so easy to do. The smiles on the faces and the sense of happiness in the voices brings me such joy. I ask myself why is it so hard to find my worthiness and self love. This takes work everyday with daily affirmations and weekly intentions. What helps you to feel worthy and have love for yourself?
