As we continue into spring our self-investing and community care may look a little different. More sunshine can feel like more time in the day to do what we enjoy. How do you integrate what you value and love such as health, community, nature, art, and etc. Into your day to day life? I find myself spending time reflecting and spending more time in the outdoors. To be transparent I find it a bit hard to be as mobile as I want to be. This last year in pandemic has decreased my activity which in turn has affected my body. I have started to take small steps to elevate some of the pain that is associated with being out of shape. This at times can affect my mental health with that good old shame talk that seems to creep up when we are feeling down. I try to use that time to reflect on the so many things that I am grateful for. It is what motivates me and keeps me going on the journey. Let me know if you have an thoughts or questions.
